How to cancel your subscription and what happens next.
At iSourceChina, we aim to provide flexible and transparent subscription services to all our clients. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and any associated services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once your cancellation request is submitted, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, it will not renew for the next period.
Please note that we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your plan features until the subscription period expires.
If you have already used any part of your subscription services (such as submitting sourcing requests, receiving supplier information, or communicating with our agents), those services will be considered fulfilled. Cancellation does not reverse or void services that have already been delivered.
Each plan includes a specific number of sourcing requests. If you cancel your subscription, any unused requests will not carry over to future periods and will be forfeited once your subscription ends.
All subscription plans are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions in cases of misuse, abuse of services, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases, access to services may be terminated without prior notice.
If you experience any issues while canceling your subscription or need assistance, you can contact our support team. We recommend reaching out before your billing renewal date to ensure your cancellation is processed on time.
